Positioned astride the June 1944 boundary between 1st US Army & 2nd British Army and close to the landing and invasion beaches, we are ideally located for organised tours or personal visits. sport... the national haras (stud) has a spectacular stable of stallions and for those wishing to get into the saddle there are 2 excellent riding stables within 10 minutes. a hole in one or the one that got away?... golfers are well catered for with 12 golf courses within easy reach and if you're keen on fishing then you can sit on the banks of our own well stocked lake or fish at Etangs de Planquery, less than 5 minutes away. |
